Landscape Design

CONSULTATION

$85.00/hour ($85.00 minimum)

A one-hour consultation consists of approximately 40 minutes on site and 20 minutes note preparation time and are done for existing landscapes (not new).

Appointment takes place at client's residence. Consultations are done for:

· Identification, and/or
· Suggestions for appropriate plant materials, taking into account exposure, watering and growth habit, and/or
· Fertilizing, watering and/or removal tips

LANDSCAPE PLANS

Full Yard - $900-$1500 (approximately)

1/2 Yard - $600-$900 (approximately)

Small Area - $300-$600 (approximately)

· First appointment takes place at the client’s residence where measuring is done and notes are taken on client’s landscape needs and preferences.
· Second meeting takes place at the nursery, where the hardscaping plan (lawn borders, walkways, patios) is reviewed and ideas for plants are presented for client's approval.
· Final plan (blueprint) is prepared, along with an estimate sheet covering all plant material, amendments and labor. Client comes to the nursery to review the plan.
· Full price of the Landscape Plan is due when plan is completed.
· If, at any time during the design process, the client decides not to continue, a fee based on the number of hours spent on the plan becomes immediately due.
